If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can get an Eversense sensor for $99 (plus the cost of sensor placement by your healthcare provider).
The Bridge Program will help you confirm your insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations before placing the sensor, and will work with you and your healthcare provider on denied-claim appeals.
